Not at all. RentHome supports wide-angle photography, room video recording, and posting promotional ads 100% for free. You only pay the brokerage commission when the tenant officially signs the contract and makes a deposit.
Not mandatory. If you are nearby or have a manager, RentHome staff will contact you to schedule 30-45 minutes in advance whenever a client comes to view. If you are busy, you can send the keys or electronic lock code so we can proactively assist in guiding the clients.
The tenant will transfer or pay the deposit directly to the landlord as soon as the contract is signed. RentHome only acts as an intermediary to witness and assist with the handover procedures.
